Immersion Heaters
Key Features & Benefits
Immersion heaters are designed for heating in direct contact with the fluid: water, oil, viscous materials, acidic or basic solutions, etc.
Since all the heat is generated within the liquid, maximum energy efficiency is achieved.
As there are no distorting elements, the control of the process temperature can be very tight.
The immersion heaters have several options for coupling to the tank or tank where they are installed: using a threaded cap, with fittings, with a flange, submersible type, etc.
Resistances can be used to heat any type of fluid, from water to corrosive solutions, very viscous oils and fuel oil, and steam production. We can also use immersion resistors to work in ATEX classified areas or in industrial processes with a working pressure above 40 bar.
In addition to Electricfor’s wide variety of standard products, we can manufacture any bespoke resistor to suit the needs of your installation.
