Design
The expansion connectors are stacking build up by copper foils. The contact ends are made of flat aluminum. The flats are inert-gas welded to the aluminum foils.
Material
The connectors stacking: The aluminum foils are made of E-Al, 0,3 to 0,5mm thick.
The contact ends: The flat aluminum made of E-Al or high-conductivity pantal.
